Family And Child Education

What is FACE?
The FACE program is
an early childhood-parental involvement program honoring the culture and
language of Native American children from prenatal through Grade 5 and their
parents or primary caregivers.
This family literacy program combines early childhood education, adult education, parent and child interactive time and parenting skills, along with encouraging parent participation in the child’s academic program. The program requires a commitment from the parent to involve both themselves and their child in the program. When children and parents learn together, they succeed together.
Learning
together works!
FACE participants can be involved in the home-based program, or the center-based program (Adult Education, Early Childhood or Elementary ), or both.
