Special School Board Meeting

March 23, 2006

 

School Board Members Present:  Lynn Halbert-DuBois, Darell Decoteau, Della Eastman, Ramona Bear Hill.

 

Others Present:  Sherry Johnson & Virginia Dolney.

 

The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Bear Hill at 4:00 pm.

 

Motion # 1 by Darell Decoteau to offer the Summer Program Director position to John Roache (He was the only applicant that applied).  Seconded.  Motion Carried.

 

Motion #2 by Darell Decoteau to approve travel to the ACTS training in Albuquerque for Sherry Johnson and/or Deb Rumpza.  Seconded.  Motion Carried.

 

Motion #3 by Della Eastman to move the May School Board Meeting from May 10th to May 8th due to the Insurance meeting.  Seconded.  Motion Carried.

 

Motion #4 by Darell Decoteau to approve the $200.00 request for the Y-tournament for the ESDS students.  Seconded.  Motion Carried.

 

Chairperson Bear Hill adjourned the meeting at 5:45pm.
