Board Members Present: Ramona Bear Hill, Darell Decoteau, Lynn Halbert-DuBois, Della Eastman, and Evelyn Blacksmith.

I. Call to Order/Establish Quorum

Quorum was established and the meeting was called to order by Chairperson Ramona Bear Hill at 5:15 pm.

Motion #1 by Darell Decoteau to amend the agenda as noted **. Seconded. Motion Carried.

II. Community

Motion #2 by Darell Decoteau to go into executive session. Seconded. Motion Carried.

Motion #3 by Della Eastman to come out of executive session. Seconded. Motion Carried.

Motion #4 by Lynn Halbert-DuBois to go into executive session. Seconded. Motion Carried.

Motion #5 by Evelyn Blacksmith to come out of executive session. Seconded. Motion Carried.

Motion #14 by Evelyn Blacksmith to approve the conservation plan for purchase and planting of trees/shelter belts. Seconded. Motion Carried.

C. **Math Class

Motion #15 by Lynn Halbert-DuBois to offer a 1 undergraduate/graduate credit math class to ESDS staff. ESDS will pick up the credit cost. Sherry Johnson and Darla McKernan are the instructors. Seconded. Motion Carried.

D. **GEAR UP

Motion #16 by Lynn Halbert-DuBois to approve the GEAR UP coordinator contract for Carolyn Soles from the GEAR UP Grant. Seconded. Motion Carried.
