Motion #3 by Darell Decoteau to approve the regular board
minutes from October 12, 2005 with changes noted to Motion #3 (strike “… and
permanent status during” and add the word “for”) and the special board minutes
from October 24, 2005 and November 1, 2005 as read. Seconded. Motion Carried.

Motion #5 by Della Eastman to approve the monthly
vouchers and financial statements as presented.
Seconded.
Motion Carried.
D. Accept audit
Discussion was held regarding that only one bid was
received. It was suggested that
advertisement for bids start earlier next year and actively recruit other audit
bids if only one bid is received.
Motion #6 by Darell Decoteau to accept the audit bid from
Benjamin Elliott, CPA in the amount of $4200.00. Seconded. Motion Carried.
E.
Motion #7 by Darell Decoteau approve
a holiday bonus’ as $100 per staff person and $200 per school board
member. Seconded. Motion Carried.
F. **Copier Bids/Lease
Motion #8 by Darell Decoteau to accept the 36 month lease
bid from Xerox for the WC245. Seconded. Motion
