Quorum was established and Chairperson Ramona Bear Hill called the meeting to order at 5:24 pm.

Motion #1 by Darell Decoteau to amend the agenda as indicated (*). Seconded. Motion Carried.

a. Louie Johnson – Men’s League BB

Motion #2 by Darell Decoteau to approve the request for the men’s league to use the ESDS gym with the donated monies to be given to ESDS athletics. Seconded. Motion Carried.

a. Sublist- Ronald Button, Crystal Gill and approval

Motion #3 by Darell Decoteau to approve Ronald Button and Crystal Gill pending background checks and approve the sub list as presented. Seconded. Motion Carried.

Motion #4 by Evelyn Blacksmith to accept the resignation of Kendra McIntyre. Seconded. Motion Carried.

3. Social Studies Textbooks

Motion #12 by Lynn Halbert-DuBois to approve the purchase of Holt social studies textbooks for grades 6, 7 and 8. Seconded. Motion Carried.

4. Change for board meeting day

Motion #13 by Darell Decoteau to change the October board meeting to 10/16/07, the November board meeting to 11/6/07 and December board meeting to 12/6/07. Seconded. Motion Carried.

5. Interview FACE CoTeacher

Motion #14 by Evelyn Blacksmith to set the interviews for the FACE co-teacher position on Monday, September 24, 2007 at 4:00 pm. Seconded. Motion Carried.

Motion #15 by Lynn Halbert-DuBois to set a construction meeting for Friday, September 28, 2007 at 8:00 am. Seconded. Motion Carried.
