Special School Board Meeting Minutes

Members Present: Ramona Bear Hill, Della Eastman, Evelyn Blacksmith, Darell Decoteau, Lynn Halbert-DuBois

Others Present: Sherry Johnson, Deb Rumpza, Virginia Dolney, Janell Bear Hill

Quorum was established and the meeting was called to order by Chairperson Ramona Bear Hill at 11:45 am.

1. Recruitment Extra Duty Contract

Motion #1 by Lynn Halbert-DuBois to offer the recruitment contract to Sandi Bernard with a $500 base and $25 incentive per new student application. Seconded. Motion Carried.

2. SpEd Para-Educator

Motion #2 by Evelyn Blacksmith to advertise for a Special Education Para-Educator. Seconded. Motion Carried.

Chair person Ramona Bear Hill declared the meeting adjourned at 11:50 pm.
