Call to Order/Establish
Quorum
Quorum was established
and the meeting was called to order by Chairperson Ramona Bear Hill at
Interview conducted with
Heather Mills.
Motion #1 by Darell
DeCoteau to offer an instructional contract to Heather Mills for the 2008-2009
school year. Second. Motion Carried.
Summer application for
Juanita Jones.
Motion #2 by Darell
DeCoteau to approve Juanita Jones for summer program as scheduled. Second.
Motion Carried.
Facility discussion.
Motion #3 by Darell
DeCoteau to reoffer Ed Johnson the Facility Management contract. Seconded.
Motion Carried.
Day Care Discussion. License renewal is needed prior to July
1st. Toni is completing her degree this
summer. Scheduling discussed. Michelle and Karen will work through-out the
summer according to the ESDS summer schedule.
Toni will work the summer school program, if needed and if she is
available according to her class schedule, her focus is the College classes.

Blacksmith to apply for the Provisional Day Care License. Seconded.
