                              Special School Board Meeting Minutes

                                               May 12, 2008

 

 

Members Present:  Ramona Bear Hill, Evelyn Blacksmith, Janell Bear Hill, Lynn Halbert-DuBois

 

Others Present:  Sherry Johnson

 

Others Present during the walk through business: Ellen Fisher, Danny Seaboy, Carolyn Soles, Arnold Williams, Jim Whitted and visitors.

 

Quorum was established and the meeting was called to order by Chairperson Ramona Bear Hill at 6:10 pm.

 

Motion #1 by Lynn Halbert-DuBois to offer contracts for the 2008-2009 school year to:  Becky Bergquist, Olivia Eastman, Renee Kwasniewski, and to approve After School Program contracts for the 2008-2009 school year as presented to: Terra Williams, Allan Owen, Mary Anderson, Deb Anderson, Julie Grothaus, Rebecca Dargatz.  Seconded.  Motion Carried.

 

Handed out copies of FACE implementation standards for review.

 

Council meeting has been changed from May 13, 2008 to May 15, 2008 @ 1:30 pm.

 

Walk through and pipe ceremony.

 

Motion #2 by Evelyn Blacksmith to cost share Learning Focused training day with Tiospa Zina.  Seconded.  Motion Carried.

 

Chairperson Ramona Bear Hill declared the meeting adjourned at 10:05 pm.
