I.                   Call to Order/Establish Quorum

 

Meeting was called to order at 5:05pm by Chairperson Bear Hill. 

 

Motion #1 by Lynn DuBois to amend the agenda as noted ***.  Seconded.   Motion Carried

 

II.                Community

A.     Community

Motion #2 by Darell Decoteau to name the school gym to Roger Louis Memorial Gym.   Seconded.  Motion Carried.

B.     Personnel

1. *** Sub Applications  Mary Begay, Raymond Hatle, Kathy Redday, Brandilyn  Franzen

Motion #3 by Darell Decoteau to approve the sub applications for Mary Begay, Raymond Hatle, Kathy Redday, and Brandilyn  Franzen  Seconded.  Motion Carried.

 

2.  Contracts

Motion #4 by Darell Decoteau to go into executive sessions. Seconded.  Motion Carried.

 

Motion # 5 by Lynn DuBois to come out of executive session.  Seconded.  Motion Carried.

 

 

 

 

Motion #6 by Lynn DuBois approve the following contracts:  Sandi Bernard, Sonia Rouillard, Jane Ryan, Barb Danley, Ellen Robertson, Carolyn Soles, Patsey Seaboy, Marv Allison, Becky Bergquist, Connie Sauer, Renee Kwasniewski, Louie Johnson, Ed Johnson, Saville Flute, Cody MacConnell, Tom Lewno, Brenda Richardt, Darrell Renville, Linda Lewandowski, Carol Gruba, Teresa Leimkuhl, Brenda Butler, Kendra McIntyre, Jessica Redday, Teresa Shoemaker, Danny Seaboy, and Ryan Scoular.  Seconded.  Motion Carried.

 

3.  ***Summer Program Contracts

Motion # 7 by Darell to approve the following Summer Program Contracts must have a GED or High School Diploma and a background check:  Joan Biersbach, Patricia Block, Rosa Bernard, Brenda Butler, Ann Marie Morehouse, Jenna Aker, Margaret Keeble, Julie Grothaus, Rebecca Dargatz, Lois Kampeska, Debra Anderson, Jesse Pierzinski.  Seconded.  Motion Carried.
