Members Present:  Ramona Bear Hill, Darell Decoteau, Della Eastman, Evelyn Blacksmith

 

Others Present:  Sherry Johnson, Louie Johnson

 

Quorum was established and the meeting was called to order by Chairperson Ramona Bear Hill at 3:35 pm.

 

I.          Interviews:   Connie Thennis

                                    Jim Strutz Jr.

                                    Trinie Seaboy Sr.

                                    Michael Never Misses A Shot

                                    John Iyarpeya

                                    Corwin BlueDog

                                    Dustin Locke – Did not show for interview

 

Evelyn Blacksmith and Ramona Bear Hill excused themselves from the interview with Connie Thennis.

 

Evelyn Blacksmith excused herself from the interview with Trinie Seaboy Sr.

 

Motion #1 by Darell Decoteau to rank the employess:  1st:  Corwin BlueDog, 2nd:  Jim Strutz Jr.; 3rd Connie Thennis.  Backgrounds will be checked and clarified.  Seconded.  Motion Carried.

 

II.                                                                    Bus Bids

 

Motion #2 by Darell Decoteau to purchase the Blue Bird 65 passenger bus from Foreman Sales for $65,076 per quote.  Seconded.  Motion Carried.

III.                                                                  Resignations

 

Motion #3 by Darell Decoteau to accept the resignations from Ann Marie Morehouse, Ryan Scoular and Thomas VanOrman.  Seconded.  Motion Carried.

 

Motion #4 by Evelyn Blacksmith to advertise for the open teacher positions.  Seconded.  Motion Carried.

 

IV.                                                                 Adjournment

 

Chairperson Ramona Bear Hill declared the meeting adjourned at 5:30 pm.
