Members Present:  Darell Decoteau, Ramona Bear Hill, Evelyn Blacksmith, Janell Bear Hill, Lynn Halbert-DuBois (5:50)

I.                    Call to Order/Establish Quorum

Quorum was established and the meeting was called to order by Chairperson Ramona Bear Hill at 5:12 pm.

 

Motion #1 by Darell Decoteau to amend the agenda as indicated (**).  Second.  Motion Carried.

Motion #2 by Evelyn Blacksmith to approve the sub applications:  Lillian Williams – anywhere; Cameron Frank – facilities; Cindy Wieger – anywhere pending background checks.  Second.  Motion Carried.

 

b.     Supervisor Contracts

Motion #3 by Darell Decoteau to enter into executive session.  Second.  Motion Carried.

Motion #4 by Darell Decoteau to come out of executive session.  Second.  Motion Carried.

Motion #5 by Darell Decoteau to offer contracts for 2008-2009 school year to Laura Jorgenson, Ed Johnson, Virginia Dolney and Debra Rumpza.  Second.  Motion Carried.

Motion #6 by Darell Decoteau to approve Margaret Keeble’s resignation; Sandi Bernard’s adjustment of hours; approval of After School contracts for Lacyjay Redwing, Charli Robertson, Brandon Rockwood.  Second.  Motion Carried.
