Special School Board Meeting Minutes

January 14, 2008

Members Present: Ramona Bear Hill, Evelyn Blacksmith, Lynn Halbert-DuBois

Others Present: Sherry Johnson, Virginia Dolney, Mary Beth Kirk, Parent

Quorum was established and the meeting was called to order by Chairperson Ramona Bear Hill at 4:07 pm.

Motion #1 by Lynn Halbert-DuBois to go into executive session. Seconded. Motion Carried.

Motion #2 by Evelyn Blacksmith to come out of executive session. Seconded. Motion Carried.

Motion #3 by Lynn Halbert-DuBois to expel the student for the remainder of this school year. Seconded. Motion Carried.

Motion #4 by Evelyn Blacksmith to adopt Resolution 08-01. Seconded. Motion Carried.

Motion #5 by Lynn Halbert-DuBois to adopt Resolution 08-02. Seconded. Motion Carried.

Motion #6 by Lynn Halbert-DuBois to change the February regular school board meeting date to February 14, 2008 at 5 pm, the set a special board meeting for February 25, 2008 at 4 pm for portfolio review and the change the March regular school board meeting date to March 6, 2008. Seconded. Motion Carried.

Chairperson Ramona Bear Hill declared the meeting adjourned at 5:35 pm.
